Tax Return Deadline

Good Afternoon,

The deadline to timely file partnership and S-corporation income tax returns is March 15th. As a reminder per our engagement letter, if we do not receive all information necessary to complete your tax return on or before February 15th, your return will be extended. This is only an extension of time to file, not an extension of time to pay. Please reach out to your tax advisor with any questions or concerns.
